Tdap Vaccine Required for Rising Sixth Graders
All rising sixth grade students are required to receive the Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria, Whooping Cough) vaccine by August 27, 2012. If your child receives the Tdap vaccine prior to the end of the fifth grade, please send a copy of the immunization record to your child’s school nurse.
